This is the last installment in my college sample series and today's sample incorporates both wet felting and needle felting. It was inspired by some fields that I saw by by house that had been freshly moan and they looked all stripey :)The different textures and colours were just so beautiful to me.
I wanted to recreate the different textures and so I used different types of wool. (Wool top and Wensleydale mostly)
The base was wet felted and then I needle felted the detail. I really hope you enjoyed this, it's something a little different to what I usually felt. Please feel free to leave a comment or follow my blog :)
