Hello everyone :) I promised you all that I would write some more in depth posts on how I make my needle felting figures and sculptures. So today's post is going to be showcasing my newest project - santa!
He is my most detailed piece yet and I'm actually really proud of him :) I used different types of wool to create different textures such as the Wensleydale wool for his beard. He also has a little bell on the end of his hat that rings! I really tried to put a lot of detail into this piece.
He was originally going to have a red coat, but as I was felting this I decided I liked the green better :)
His beard is starting to take shape, I used Wensleydale wool for this
